Esther Pianim founded Chairo Consulting, LLC on a simple conviction: that the right program management, technology, and workforce solutions can build real bridges to opportunity for the federal agencies and prime contractors she serves. As President and CEO, Esther leads every engagement with the same standard she holds herself to: accountability, clarity, and measurable results.
Esther brings years of experience in senior program management, leading complex enterprise cloud initiatives and managing high-stakes customer engagements across the public and private sectors. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for taking complicated, high-pressure problems and distilling them into clear, actionable plans — a skill that sits at the heart of Chairo's founder-led approach to client delivery.
Beyond delivery, Esther is deeply invested in developing people. She actively mentors high-performing leaders at every stage of their careers, from interns to mid-level professionals, and has helped numerous mentees advance into high-impact roles. That same commitment to growing others shapes how Chairo approaches its team, its clients, and its partners.
Above all, Esther is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ. Her faith is the foundation of her leadership and serves as a constant reminder that God is able to make all things beautiful in His perfect time. That hope shapes the way she leads, serves, and invests in the lives of others.
Outside of her professional work, Esther enjoys spending time with those closest to her, including her partner Justin, her daughter, and their beloved mini Goldendoodle, Emberly. She is passionate about mentoring the next generation of leaders, strengthening communities, and building organizations that leave a lasting impact.
A fun fact: Esther's entrepreneurial journey began early. As a student, she was named the NFTE (Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship) Regional Business Plan Competition Runner-Up — an experience that ignited her passion for building businesses, solving meaningful problems, and creating opportunities for others. Today, that same entrepreneurial spirit continues to shape her leadership and vision for Chairo Consulting.
